Every programme is conducted in a workshop mode and is highly interactive and participative. It includes case studies, mock presentations and live projects. Students are also exposed to various methods and techniques of economy analysis, industry analysis, business & financial analysis and company valuation. The participants are provided with access to IT Lab and rich knowledge sources like Cygnus industry and company databases and Cygnus reports on economy / industries / companies. Each Student will work on live projects under the guidance of experienced managers of Cygnus and make professional presentation of projects to the Evaluation team.
Evaluation
All Interns go through continuous evaluation during the entire duration of the programme. The qualified interns are awarded certificates at the end of the programme.
Cygnus will evaluate your learning on a continuous basis by way of written tests, viva voce and presentations. The break up of weightage is given below:
- Assignment/ Presentations (60%)
- Attendance/ Class Participation (10%)
- Quiz test for Business awareness (15%)
- Viva-Voce (15%)
Interns will be given feedback on your performance and the areas for improvement. Cygnus also provides guidance on upgrading your skills. Interns will be awarded successfully completed certificate only when you score above 60%.
